Music Therapy

All of Music Together's classes are open to children with disabilities, but we also offer smaller classes that are specifically designed for children with special needs.  

Classes are facilitated by a board certified music therapist (MT-BC) and are designed for families with children with special needs who feel they need more support in a smaller class environment. These classes will be tailored to the specific therapeutic needs (physical, emotional, cognitive, and social) of each child. Also, contrary to typical Music Together classes, children over the age of 6 are welcome. 

We also offer Music Therapy Assisted Childbirth, Consultation and prenatal music classes in conjunction with First Notes Family Music.  More information will be coming here soon, but please visit First Notes to read more about it.

Tuition for all Music Together classes includes family materials to use at home (e.g., recordings of our award-winning music, illustrated songbook, parent education resources). See individual class type pages for details.
